A Family Photoshoot - Ticknall

I don’t very often get to photograph family photoshoots but when Amy purchased a voucher the Christmas before (after asking me if I would), I was so happy she thought of me. We’re good friends as we keep our horses at the same yard and I have also photographed Amy with her gorgeous mare Minnie.

This photoshoot was very much family orientated. I just loved the connection they all had with each other. The sun was shining, which you hope it will in July and there was a teeny breeze just to keep the temperature cooler. We decided on the location of Ticknall as it is surrounded by beautiful countryside which makes for a perfect location and beautiful photos.

Let me share a few with you. I would love to do more family photoshoots - with lots of natural moments, chatter and laughter.
