A Beautiful Outdoor Wedding at Pendrell Hall in the West Midlands

Pendrell Hall in the village of Codsall near Wolverhampton is one of those rare venues that carries a quiet sense of timeless elegance. Set within the West Midlands countryside it offers a backdrop that feels both refined and deeply atmospheric, especially when the ceremony is held outdoors.

This was a return visit to the exclusive use country house where I joined my friend Samantha J Photography once again. We have worked together for many years and share a natural rhythm on wedding days that allows us to move seamlessly between moments while documenting the story as it unfolds.

The morning began with the groom getting ready, a calm and unhurried start to the day. Following the vows, the celebration moved into confetti, canapés and a drinks reception in the gardens. While formal family portraits were taken, I focused on the in between moments.
